First complete the Design Process. When you have completed the Design Process, ATD Homes can move forward and start making your project come true.

ATD Homes complete and sign the contract based on your fixed price quotation, plans, engineering designs, specifications and energy rating.

Upon return of your signed contract, specifications, and balance of deposit, your project will be scheduled for a start date.

The first stage of the payment schedule is paying a 5% deposit of the contract price, which starts the application process for your building permit.

Other documentation required from you at this stage will include:

  • Certificate of Title,
  • Plan of Sub-Division and Proof of Ownership.

Obtaining the permit may take 3-6 weeks.

Demolition:

Demolition may be required; if so, it will be a stage of payment worked out to a percentage of the contract price.

Construction.

Base stage: Slab, Stumps, Piers or Base Brick work.
Approximately 10% of contract price due.

Frame stage: External, Internal Walls and Roof Frame – Trusses.
Approximately 15% of contract price due.

Lock-up Stage: Windows, External Doors, Cladding and Roofing Materials.
Approximately 35% of contract price due.

Fixing Stage: Plumbing & Electrical rough in, Plaster, Architraves skirting’s, Cabinetry.
Approximately 25% of contract price due.

Completion Stage: Tiling, Painting, Plumbing – Electrical fit off and Floor coverings.
Approximately 10% of contract price. Final Payment.

NOTE: These are standard progress payments that may vary depending on the difficulty of your project.
